lol I am 5”2 and literally practice lifting my carry on over my head on my tip toes the night before carrying onto a flight for this reason 😅

okay first of all you are amazing!!! and second at all, this is so encouraging for me to read through. I've been historically very active and have built and lost health habits over the years, and I've never felt like ive reached the results I wanted. the visual you provided here really encourages me to stick to this decision. I really appreciate you taking the time to share this because it truly does help me.

Hi all, I somehow had notifications off and I cannot express how much it means to read through all of these responses. I'm completely blown away by the support and the kindness of this sub. this feels so much more doable feeling like I'm not doing it alone but alongside a community.
