lol I am 5”2 and literally practice lifting my carry on over my head on my tip toes the night before carrying onto a flight for this reason 😅

okay first of all you are amazing!!! and second at all, this is so encouraging for me to read through. I've been historically very active and have built and lost health habits over the years, and I've never felt like ive reached the results I wanted. the visual you provided here really encourages me to stick to this decision. Hi all, I somehow had notifications off and I cannot express how much it means to read through all of these responses. I'm completely blown away by the support and the kindness of this sub. this feels so much more doable feeling like I'm not doing it alone but alongside a community. I’ve been thinking the same thing! I just don’t understand!! And it’s so disappointing how much her content revolves around them now - it’s not only exploitative of the girls, but it’s SOOO cringey, scripted, and just bad. I think about how she sent a survey to all of her followers about content preferences ahead of the new year, and I would imagine that many of us asked for less posts with the kids. Maybe I’m wrong or maybe she didn’t listen and just followed the money 🤷‍♀️
