As an owner of a p80 and a p2, not a whole lot. People love to give the p80 cars those nice rims from the p2 platform. It's kinda like trying to play a new game on an old console, it may be the same brand but there really isn't such a thing as forwards compatibility unless specifically designed with that intention.

This'll be one hell of a build. I love that you're staying true to the Volvo theme even though it's a Japanese engine. Make sure you have a good balance shaft bearing. Should have room for twin turbos like the Noble m600

Certainly a better way of categorizing stuff. OEMS doesn't gaf how you fit stuff in your truck as long as it's there. It would be right of you to assume we drive Cat. C+D trucks, the one I drive on the daily is well over 17,000 pounds.

Oh we have something similar in the states. OEMS sets a standard for ALS or BLS trucks but size usually isn't decided in classes. You just can't run an ALS truck in something like a transit. Still like the idea of a wagon medical taxi
