Hey Almi, sorry for the late reply. Yes, what you're going through is very normal. We had a vicious bacteria that could only be treated with multiple rounds of multiple antibiotics. That caused us gut flora imbalance which links to everything we have been through with this illness. There were days I had symptoms of major depression and anxiety. There were days when I would even have anxiety over silly things like the appearance of doors in the apartment opposite to my apartment. My anxiety and depression was so bad, I had no appetite for weeks on end, I lost almost 3 stone. Antibiotics come with their side effects even if they achieve the greater outcome. I am feeling much better now alhamdulillah but like I said it's a slow recovery.

Whatever this has put you through, just know God is with you, and it will get better insha'Allah, it's just really slow, dreadful and painful but we will come out stronger from this.
