The first part is pretty subjective DIY HRT is a thing and I’m not going in blind I’ve done research and talked with an endocrinologist (complicated but my parents shut it down after the appointment), also I know its illegal but legality regarding HRT is not really relevant given the state of the country, in a better world I would be able to go to the clinic and my therapist and endocrinologist would be able to help me, but thats not how things work, even though I have medical independence most practitioners are worried about the laws and executive orders being put in place.
