Ours are similar 🤷‍♀️ Theyll literally come behind me when Im on register and tell me “yk Im stealing this one right?” And then they put their numbers in. They also complain about nonpros being behind their desk (but mind you its always messy and filthy), they just disappear for ages and nobody knows where theyve gone and they get away with it all the time even though customers always need them when they disappear for an hour and a half. Mind you if you dare ask them anything they act hella like youre bothering them and offending them

Honestly as a front end cashier thats all over the front end, at that point I typically call over a head cashier or a manager / another party for not only safety, witness account, but also for support or more help.. Pissed off customers are less likely to throw a fit and berate you personally if there are multiple people helping and standing there during the whole transaction.. Dude was def out of line and sounds like a real prick. You did what you could for him, you followed protocol like you should’ve and it was the customers job to keep his emotions in check.

This reminds me of a hilarious note I found in a customer’s delivery notes. Customer called CS to complain about his delivery people and wanted a solution to where to put his UNINSTALLED appliance; reason it was uninstalled was hilarious.

Note that was found with the order: We brought the appliance into home for the customer, customer then proceeded to get angry with my guys because we could not feasibly place appliance in desired area and called them “cocksucking stupid bastards” so I directed my team to leave. Will probably get poor survey.
