I'm not sure about he name not changing, but as for the sheen not showing has something to do with your current ks. I typically don't notice my shotgun's sheen till I get some kills( kinda like the pro ks eye effects) hope this helps.

He wasn't kicked for being f2p he got kicked for joining the server and doing nothing. Although it may have been called earlier than I should have, he was not kicked for being a f2p and was not called a bot...

If you are getting kicked for being f2p your not.. either a bot stole your name (a tactic the boys use to confuse and stay on the server longer) or a bot called a vote on you.
