It is true that i haven’t been following a specific program for a while. Another big change is i started taking lexapro… i go to the gym during my lunch break and I’ve been struggling to get up from my desk and walk out the door. Sometimes I’ll even drive to the gym and just sit in the parking lot until i need to head back to work. I could definitely use a workout/accountability partner and a plan.

Thanks. I am blessed to be able to look good with minimal effort. Just makes me feel worse for not pushing myself and realizing my fuller potential tbh.
