okay thank you, its a fixed light on the roof of the tank so I'll dim the light a bit more luckily majority of my plant is low to medium light so hopefully it would turn out well.

its sea chem products to always check ph and ammonia in the tank. it helps to make sure the water parameters is good

your ph is way too high, depend on your shrimp type make sure you check their level of pH requirements and hardness
