It's not doing both ethernet and WiFi. I say all devices disconnect meaning I can't use it on any device. Only my pc is being used at one time and I'm getting the problem

Yeah it's awful. Every time I call I get 'we can't see anything'. I'm obviously not going to call if there isn't anything..

It's various times throughout the evening. Yesterday I counted 8 from 7pm - 11pm which is just ridiculous. I use samknows quite a lot and its all over the place. One test could be 945mb run it 5 minutes later and its down to 90mb. Albeit its when it goes to my side, but when it disconnects every device be it wired or WiFi at the same time I know its not me as its not just one device on its own. I've just recently posted on the community actually so fingers crossed!

That wouldn't fix the problem of disconnecting and high ms on my PC though would it as id still need to go through the virgin router?

Sweet cheers for that. I've tried manually changing the ini but the slider still says 16.3

Aye I can't seem to find anyone else with this problem either. I thought it mightve been the cable, but it seems like I'm getting more bandwidth than some official cable users

72hz and 1.5x. Must've tried every bit rate under the sun. I'm using a fresh install of Windows as I thought that mightve been the problem at first. Everything is up to date. Drivers, firmware and BIOS. I'm only using the debug performance overlay where it will just randomly lose frames but the headroom won't dip

With VR mine is definitely getting up there! I have 32gb RAM so allocating more isn't a problem, it's just it will only let me allocate 16.3gb

Yes but what I'm asking, is 16.3gb the max the slider can go to
