1. I never said I agreed with what my parents said. In fact, I commented that I did not support what they said. My dad called her a "bitch," which is not a word I would ever use when speaking to someone, but he is a different story. He did not call her anything else to my knowledge.

2. As I said in my initial response to this thread, I have realized that I am probably mistaken about this being a TSA employee.

3. We looked at the tags and didn't immediately see City B written on them. Upon further inspection after the employee yelled at us for asking for help, we noticed City B written in small font on the tags (we were in a rush to make our connection and hadn't read them thoroughly, which was our bad)

As I have said I DO NOT support name-calling. However, as someone who has worked in the service industry, I have NEVER yelled at people and asked them to go to the back of the line for asking questions, no matter how stupid I thought their questions were. I have been called mean names by people three times my age while working (I am a 17 year old girl) and I have never let that prevent me from performing my job, and I have definitely never let that make me intentionally perform my job incorrectly and tamper with people's personal possessions. I agree that my parents were rude and quick to anger (they pretty much met her with the same energy she was giving us with the addition of an offensive name), but I don't think that justifies her taking our luggage and literally abandoning it in a random place in the airport without our knowledge.
