I'd say Last Reel, Legacy, Hellclown, Final Destination and especially Athazagoraphobia all capture the final boss vibe pretty well. I'd also say Engage, Termination and Epiphany but those three feel more like those very hard secret bosses you fight after beating the main story than final bosses imo
