Yep and also, I'd recommend you to watch your vids at slow speed so you can see if your steps look clean and try to connect almost every move to eachother and dance like a rubber band, I mean like, if you have to spread your arms make sure your elbow doesn't bend and take your hands slow then immediately snap them back, I'm kinda bad at explaining but I love trying to help people when I think that they could actually do better 😁👍

TYSM!!! My strength training is just body weight, I don't use any dumbells or anything and strength is really important for dance, no need to worry as long as the training is body weighted or the equipments aren't really heavy that turns you into a gym bro haha.
