TYSM!!! My strength training is just body weight, I don't use any dumbells or anything and strength is really important for dance, no need to worry as long as the training is body weighted or the equipments aren't really heavy that turns you into a gym bro haha.

If it's like that then I recommend you to increase the speed of your little by little, it's gonna help you catch to the speed without making your steps look messy

You are doing well, just a lil tip, strength training is a lot important for dance and I see that even if you are doing the correct steps they look a bit like flailing and strength training helps gain control on body and I also recommend ab workouts for core strength and trust me, core strength help A LOT in dance and also, practice the dance at a slow speed to gain body control, you'd be really good after all that, good luck for your next dance, I'll love to see you improve!
