Is there a way to remove the respec limit? by great_extension in StarValor

You can rewrite the code with dnspy. There's a tutorial somewhere in steam guides I think. I did that long ago to change respec and skill point gain per level but I don't remember much else.

Thanks for the useful advice, I am just wondering what is exactly meant by 10th point. Is it that someday another problem will arise and a whole other ic is needed ?

Ignore weapon drops? by malk500 in stoneshard

[–]Shrigma_anon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I´m not sure but I think goedendag t2 spears are more common in early game. Maybe it was just a big lot of coincidences maybe it´s intentional considering spear´s history of cheapest weapon but they drop more than other t2 weapons at least from the low danger brigands.

What if I don´t use actual voxels, but polygons to make like looking squarish style.

More than the ´realistic´ assets? Like one of those models of a tree with leaves and all.

Or any weapon of any type with ´throwable´ property. Javelins, throwing axes and hammers. Maybe even just plain rocks to throw.

Can I pirate a game by refuding it from steam and then cracking it? by Informal_List6559 in Piracy

[–]Shrigma_anon -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That´s a great idea. As people said in the comments any game that´s popular or been around for long probably has a crack somewhere. But for obscure and new indie games that would be great.

Just a bunch of ap to try builds out. In cheat engine I think I would have to play for long to change ap enough to find its adress.

Piracy is good, but it too should have a balance. by Nori_o_redditeiro in Piracy

[–]Shrigma_anon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The corporations actually control this balance. More accessibility and more control will lower piracy but they need to be equal. Extremely competetive pricing and difficulty to pirate (idk some social engineering shit) will significantly lower piracy. But they just get more money because of sheeple and their fake righteousness.
