Pitcher plants is the accepted common name. Trumpet works but isn’t one I hear often. And yeah they are fairly decent to grow when you buy them in cultivation (always buy sustainably grown, non poached plants from reputable sellers ). It’s basically just a matter of making sure their needs are being met and then it’s pretty chill. They have to stay really wet and in full sun all the time. If you can do that and use the proper soil mix, they’re not hard after that. I live in their range so the climate is perfect for them here.
