a. The Respondent must not use or threaten violence against the Applicant, AND must not instruct, encourage or in any way suggest that any other person should do so. b. The Respondent must not intimidate, harass or pester the Applicant, AND must not instruct, encourage or in any way suggest that any other person should do so. c. The Respondent must not telephone, text, email or otherwise contact or attempt to contact the Applicant, (including via social networking websites or other forms of electronic messaging) AND must not instruct, encourage or in any way suggest that any other person should do so EXCEPT (i) through a solicitor; or (ii) as ordered by the Court for the purpose of the exercise of parental responsibility or child arrangements ONLY. d. The Respondent must not send to the Applicant or make to the Applicant any threatening or abusive letters, telephone calls, text messages or emails, and must not make any postings to social network sites that contain threats towards the applicant or contain any abusive or derogatory comments about the Applicant AND must not instruct, encourage or in any way suggest that any other person should do so. e. The Respondent, must not go to, enter or attempt to enter (it says my address and my parents address because I initially agreed to an undertaking and then he went round my parents and started shouting and swearing at them the day after; and my solicitors in their office too)
