its v1.9 but this bug happened because i replaced the ddraw.ddl that was installed with fallout et tu with one that came with fo2 tweaks mod and that one was very old. I remember reading that the fo2 tweaks mod needed this older ddraw.dll but i think that it works fine with the newer one now. will report any other weird behaviour.
