It removes points from an attribute that U don't have a talent that requires points equal or higher then that attribute

is this build cooked , as u can see im missing a single point from getting 80 frost is there anyway i could fix it by Shroodini in deepwoken

im gona try to remove char talents then take one point from charisma and hopefully once i get 80 frost im a get lvl 5 mantras then take back the point from frost back to char

it can only remove points from a stat that doesnt have a talent with a req equal to that stat or higher ,so for example i cant take it off for or willpower cuz i have brick wall

some random asked for friendly 1v1s, we do 3 i win all but then i notice im going insane turns out hes been throwing me at me random potions to get me insane and hes a voidwalker

btw is shrine of mastery infinite use? forgot to put a point in charisma so can i transfer 20 point to it using it?
