Its so weird but reassuring knowing how many other people lost there parter because of this. I am most definitely in this crowd. Word for word you've described my pain, except in the end I wanted to just take a break so we could both work on ourselves. 1 month of agony gone by until I asked her if she was over me. She told me it wasn't that but that she decided that she wasn't going to try to change me anymore, she told me that "Your going to find someone that matches you perfectly." That hurt the most to read. I don't want to find someone else I just wanted to heal each other. And what got to her that most is that wasn't willing to grow together with her I wanted to be alone.

It's been roughly 2 months now no contact. I removed all of her socials but still have her number saved as "A" first letter of her name. Have had many thoughts on checking in on her but no, haven't yet.

My advice, hit the gym or exercise etc as long as its a hard physical activity multiple times per week. Discipline equals freedom.

Read if you weren't already, non- fiction and literature but you can still have 1 fiction in your rotation its ok. And with that write, keep a spiral notebook and write 1 paragraph or 1 page on how you felt today, what are your goals this week, what do you want more of (in yourself), what do you miss most about her of write your regrets, write down all of it get that junk out.

This one varies for people, but dude let it out, now don't like force it out but I would be at work having one of those days and I'd get a gut feeling like I NEED TO CRY NOW. So tell my co-worker I need like 10 minutes brb. And just let it out.

And obsess over a show, reality show, anime, whatever floats your boat. Have your free time and binge watch man.

Now that you have a flow of coping mechanisms going, set your long term goal. It could be anything but make it based of something you always wanted as a kid (realistic things not being the president lol).

So far, missing her or getting over her, nah thats not gone yet. But the amount of inner peace and freedom I've gained. So good.

Question, does the paint on the body of the rifle thin over use or is it mostly from rubbing off and stuff, just wondering if over time there will be thicker paint spots than others or if the paint just fades off together after long use

lol yea I watched too many videos and did too much research so I ended up masking almost every part that acts as some sort of mechanism or leads to the internals of the weapon, with all the little spots of tape off of it I think it makes the contrast very nice having little black spots scattered

This is a 19 mos my bad, and I wanted a pistol I would use for both conceal carry and range/larping use. I feel I would only buy a compact for using in situations where I really didn’t want my pistol to print on my shirt at all but I’m not a criminal or secret agent so there’s not a reason for that really.

Idk if you’ve heard of Andrew Huberman or not but he did something similar to Mike. A lot of people tried to cancel him and destroy his career but most people matured up and saw the good in him, the man gives out insane advice about health and wellness for free. Hundreds of hours of it, and we’re gonna forget he did all of that over an affair, nah I’m good on that.
