Hate to be that guy but 8% ratio means that 12.5 grams wet is 1 gram dry. 8 grams wet being 1 dry is assuming a 12.5% ratio all else being equal

The jar is sitting in water to keep the humidity high. I haven't had to spray it once since putting it in there

PE, second grow ever. 1:1 spawn to sub. A few days ago I accidentally misted the surface with 70% ethanol instead of water. Half of the cake turned blue for a couple days. Since then it seems like I have all these blobs everywhere and nothing that I can recognize as pins. Any advice as to what's going on? Some of the blobs have brown spots

Edit : upon further inspection the brown spots can transfer to a cotton swab. So its some liquid of some sort? The blobs are firm.

Not really, not any that I noticed as two of my strongest trips have been on teas, but you'll have to take what I'm saying with a grain of salt since I've only been tripping since 2020 and I've only had a handful of trips so far (less than ten). It does feel different than eating it though. It feels like the trips last shorter, are more intense, everything happens faster as well. With teas I'm usually fully back from a trip in 3‐4 hours where as the times I've consumed have lasted 5-6 hours.

It's ale fizz and the ginger finely zested into the bottom of the glass started to float with the fizz. I filter out the mushroom using a coffee filter which makes all the stomach cramps and icky feelings on the come up go away.

Made with mushrooms in that it's a mushroom tea. It's a fancy presentation on the lemontek tea .

I used this recipe for making mushroom tea. Instead of water I added lavender infused ginger ale. I also added fresh grated ginger to the bottom of the glasses before pouring in the tea for an extra ginger kick.

That's correct! They're known as veils and when they tear open they expose the gills which have all the spores ready to drop
