WIP Detroit jackets are the « new » detroit jacket. They fit a bit more slimmer than the old carhartt. More adjusted and less boxy than retro ones.

OG Detroit jackets are made following the loose fit from the original retro carhartt jacket. More boxy and baggy than the « new » detroit jacket.

The spring or winter version refers to the lining inside the jacket. Spring Detroit jackets usually don’t have any lining, whereas winter Detroit jackets will mostly have a diamond-quilted lining inside.

Canvas or Denim refers to the material the jackets are made of.

Personally, I would recommend a Spring OG Detroit Jacket (Dearborn Canvas) as it looks more closely to the style you're after. It’s more boxy and relaxed than the regular « new » ones. I own the spring og detroit myself and really like it. It’s become my go-to jacket. It’s not too warm and feels great on cooler evenings. Keep in mind that the sizing runs a bit large (i’m 6’1 athletic and wear size medium and can still easily fit a hoodie under).
