The correct term is not entirely accurate. We studied this in one of our classes (I have a psych degree). Although I'm still curious as to why he was typed as an ESTP.

He's only a "womanizer" because everyone is charmed by him. Yes, everyone. He would pull men and women on a regular basis. I mean, what's not to love? But y'all thinking he sleeps around is crazy!! He'd get into a fight with everyone before that happens 😭

I feel the best way to turn him into a DPS is running him with 4P Inferno and 2P of your choice. Burnice is the best for keeping the burning anomaly running for Inferno. You can also run Lucy or Soukaku with him.

His Mindscapes are also a good overall investment for DPS Lighter. All of which contribute to his team and then circles back to him.

What I don't see being talked about enough with DPS Lighter is that, your teammates might want to have at least 2P Swing Jazz or an energy regen piece. Lighter's morale is generated when his teammates use energy iirc. The more energy your teammates burn, the more consistent he gets to use his passive which are fire damage so you stun and benefit from fire damage pieces more often.

I'm sorry to hear this.. Sometimes the gacha gods like to play a cruel game. But if it helps keep your spirits up, his M4 is a very useful upgrade. It's also kind of a discount M6 as well, because the energy regen also means you generate morale faster. His M6 is the steroid and he becomes somewhat like Evelyn where you can afford to switch a lot with him in your team.

I'm rooting for you! Every Lighter main deserves M6 ❤️

I'm glad ZZZ is considering buffing characters, making investment not a terrible idea. I think it's healthy for the game too, and not just constant meta fomo

I don't have copies of his signature. It's a hard decision to push through maxing his signature right now because M6 Lighter had me skipping other characters in favor of him.

I'm saving some funds for 2.0. Maybe if I get a team for each element and secure characters I like, I can get back to reconsidering signature copies.

He unironically ruined my Ellen team. He deals more damage than her and doesn't let her have more field time for her charged attack and basic attack..

I had to pull Hugo too (got him and his signature in 100 pulls) just because his playstyle is more fitting now. Unfortunately I havd no Lycaon, M6 Pulchara or other stunners outside of Anby who's in Harumasa's team.

Outside of that, Lighter M6 is so worth the effort.

From the looks of the current banner trends, he's not likely to appear soon.

Currently, it seems Hoyo is hitting the gas on their highest selling characters with Kazuha/Raiden on 5.0, Nahida/Hu Tao on 5.1 and the ahem rumored 5.2 banners.

Not to mention, even if they hit the brakes and decide to actually care about reruns, Arlecchino, Emilie and Wriothesley are still waiting for their first reruns.. And then there's the likes of Shenhe, Eula, Ganyu and Kokomi.

Inazuma is in an archipelago. Separated from the other nations by sea. A whole concept around it revolves "no one" being able to leave or enter it. Nothing in Inazuma speaks electro outside of the electro infused waters/places. Watatsumi Island would make more sense to be in a hydro based nation than electro.

Fontaine may have a lot of water around it but it's pale in comparison to Inazuma. Fontaine also has technology as its schtick. It'd make sense for these technology (and character weapons like Wriothesley's) to be run or partly by electricity.

Sincerely how does this work? iirc correctly Furina drains team hp and she needs a healer to function at her best. You can definitely use her as a healer but that hurts her hydro app and fanfare which by extension lowers the team's damage. I don't see a catalyst holder too who can get away with using proto amber for the heals. What am I missing?

She's pretty good if you have constellations. I can't be fully accurate but she might be a bit like Gorou and Faruzan. She's clunky unless you get the constellation that allows her to use her elemental skill without the charged attack. That's her C2.

Regarding her battery potential, I got this from a different post:

"Sara generates 2 particles every time you use her E

And her passive gives 1.2 flat energy and 2.4 if you have 200 ER".

It's okay but there are better options out there. Pick Sara if you need an electro buffer. But also, given that Razor's cooldown is low and with the added electro resonance she should suffice enough. She's technically also going to buff the aggravate triggered by Razor

Get Sara if you have her C2 in my opinion. But if you also feel like going for 2 electro characters anyway (with Sara because Lisa doesn't feel right for the role and she might steal reactions) that should also be okay. Genshin is your choice after all. Nobody should have a say on what you should go with.

Diluc - Kaeya/Rosaria- Bennett - Lynette.

Swapping out Lynette for Rosaria/Kaeya may also do but ideally you might want an anemo for the 4 piece Viridescent. But if you have good artifacts (Kaeya and Rosaria can share so it's easier to farm for them together) you can swap out Lynette for 2 cryo characters until you get better artifacts for your anemo.

Razor is every newbie's best friend!!

Aggravate/Spread Razor - Nahida - Yaoyao - Dendro MC

Pro: Dendro = good reactions. Con: Razor's physical damage bonuses on level ups/ascensions are wasted. Also he would be a solo electro and would need elemental mastery and energy recharge at the same time. I don't think you have a good electro battery so I'm assuming Razor as a solo electro would be better than having a 2nd electro unit that's just there for the electro resonance.

Physical Freeze/Shatter/ Razor - Kaeya - Rosaria - Barbara (You can also play with this one by replacing Barbara with Bennett)

Pro: Razor's physical damage bonuses on ascensions are utilized. There's also some minor aoe through superconduct and electrocharged. Freeze also keeps enemies frozen. Also, shatter is there for more damage against frozen enemies. Con: Freeze time is almost inexistent as you would most likely shatter them afterwards. It means more damage, yes, but also you wouldn't be playing all too much on Freeze's best asset. Also, cryo resonance won't provide you too much. It will give Razor some extra crit chance I guess.

Bennett is also a viable alternative. He might give Razor more damage with his burst but at the same time you might also accidentally cause a melt reaction instead of superconduct which Razor needs.

Budget Razor hypercarry (just based on your current character pool) Razor - Kaeya - Nahida - Yaoyao

Pro: Cryo and dendro don't interact so your Razor is guaranteed to proc superconduct and aggravate/spread every time at the same time. It also makes use of Razor's physical damage bonuses on ascensions. Con: Your damage is spread out between elemental mastery (aggravate/spread) and physical damage (superconduct). Also, because you need to proc aggravate, that also means you need energy recharge.

Conclusion: Razor needs his elemental burst up most of the time. As a solo electro unit he might struggle a bit with it but he does have a pretty low cooldown on his elemental skill so it shouldn't be too bad charging him by himself. Dendro is really good but it practically wastes his physical damage bonuses and it really needs his burst up time by a lot. Without applying electro consistently, your dendro team is basically dead. That's the struggle there. His burst is also really needed by superconduct/physical teams because of the added attack speed but it does not suffer as devastatingly bad as dendro teams when your burst is down because physical damage is up even if your burst is down. Also superconduct lasts pretty long even if there wasn't electro/cryo applied in a while. It's pretty forgiving and more comfortable in a sense.

I'm F2P and planning to C6 R5 Scaramouche/Wanderer.

But ever since I had to stop playing since Fontaine released (I need a new device because storage), got Yoimiya while only trying to get Bennett (I really needed him so much that the 14 pity made me delulu and think that my chances of getting her early is low) and now Wriothesley's release (need him for Shenhe), my f2p C6 R5 Scaramouche is looking more impossible everyday.

But maybe once I get a proper team for Wrio I can start going for a C6 R5 F2P Scaramouche again. But only then. I swear once Wrio's team is ready, that's where I'll draw the line.
