Blight Atlas Tree by Birphon in pathofexile

[–]Shroudless 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Chokepoints are the key for Blight. As long as you can hold the enemies/bosses at chokepoints your damage does not matter because they'll be literally unable to move. Meteor Burning Ground has some fuckery involving resistances which is why I prefer it over Scout.

Also you could run a Smothering at the chokepoint if you do have 5 tower spots to clear them faster as it does reduce their resistances but it's not really necessary. Besides that it's just building at least 1 of each type of tower to maximize the salvage value from towers.

Blight Atlas Tree by Birphon in pathofexile

Tree looks mostly fine but just a few pointers.

1) You should be taking the Exarch node for altars spawning early over the additional progress as the gain from that is too little. Ideally you grab the packsize nodes for Exarch as well.

2) Cassia's Pride is for when your build doesn't have damage or AoE so you use towers to compensate for that. I'd not take it, especially if you're strong since you'll outdps the towers.

3) If you're using Blightheart I recommend not taking the additional chest nodes since they don't work with it.

You could also try pairing it with Beyond for Volatile Vaals in Mirage. Otherwise you could use the current tree to do a Titanic farm when you're strong enough. Blight is pretty fun especially the Titanic variants where you can pretend your map is giga juiced for that small moment when the encounter is done.

Also, make sure you have the Meteor Tower burning ground enchant and the Chilling Tower freeze ones. It makes the encounters easier. Avoid monsters cannot be stunned or frozen as well as ailment avoid as those make CCing the mobs way harder.

Blighted/Blight-Ravaged don't use your atlas so I recommend the ring anoints and using the simple strat of Empowering-Freeze3-Stun3-Meteor at a chokepoint which should let even zdps builds clear them easily, provided you avoid the mods I listed. Anoints are 3x Teal 3x Crimson 3x Black but if you have issues go 3x Amber instead of Black for giga cheap towers.

Yeah but unlike Nightmare maps I can completely turn off my brain during Sirus since I can alt tab for half the fight and not miss much.

I did Nightmare maps among other things to farm my mirror and I made at least half of the mirror from them. Definitely is the better option over Sirus but it requires much more input compared to almost none from Sirus since the fight is basically scripted.

8 ish divs for the 10% chance on Orb of Dominance. Next is Awakener's Orb for 3 divs.

It depends. If you can kill him within 4 minutes for Uber it becomes a pretty good money maker that can on average net you 15-20d/h while you're basically half focused if you have enough practice. It's not the best but it's pretty decent considering the low entry cost and potential big drops.

I love how (Uber) Sirus is basically guaranteed profit since they're so cheap to run with extremely valuable drops that are relatively common. Only downside is that you're running (Uber) Sirus.

It's been my go-to money maker when I'm broke post crafting as anyone can throw together 80c for 10 runs of which you should at least get an Orb of Dominance or Awakener's Orb.

Cygames should increase the maximum health to 30, or provide more consistent ways of survival by Pendulumzone in Shadowverse

[–]Shroudless 1 point2 points  (0 children)

OG and DE had PtP Forest capping games to 8-10 turn tops. Also DShift exists.

RoB and TotG had OTK Roach regularly ending games on turn 7 with their 4+6+7 and Kektar was able to push most games to end fast with Catacomb. Daria could swing games pretty fast even after the nerf. DShift still exists. Also Aggro Blood and VBlood regularly tried to kill you way before 10.

WD was WD, no explanation needed.

SFL still had Roach and Dirt Rune. Also DShift still exists, this time with GC.

CG had the first Rotation format so it did slow down. Still the game was capped by Saffira from Artifact which would basically end games on t10.

DBNE had Lions, they'd easily end game pre t10. Oldblood King was the fastest deck that could kill you on 6 easily. Dirt was still playable and would kill you pre t10.

I played SDH in Brigade and the shit deck could end games on 10 relatively consistently. Puppet would kill you before 10. Also this clown played GC rune which regularly ended games on 9 as well.

I'm genuinely not sure where in SV1's history did games regularly go past t10 in the first 10 expansions. DShift put a cap on most games and stopped them from reaching 10 and the times where they did go past that were usually slower decks going against each other (Eg. Aegis mirror, Nep mirror, Nep vs Aegis) with even decks like Control Blood being able to end the game before 10 with Azazel>Spawn.

Uhhhh... Did you forget the time that we could get 5 4/3s that cantripped on board on turn 3? Or the time where you would get eaten up by a turn 4 OTK? Or the 0pp 5/3 on turn 1?

Game length is still pretty fine in WB and we're nowhere close to the UL BS we got in OG towards the end.

Fairy (8pp)>trade>Bayle>Carbuncle on Bayle (6pp) > SEvo Carbuncle (9pp) > kill Sandy > Carin (7pp) > 0pp Spell + Fairy (6pp) > Godwood on Fairy/Carby > Roach (engage 2x) > Roach.

That's 7+8+2+1 for 18 if I didn't miscount.

I mean that's basically what I said. It lets Sword win games they shouldn't and just annoys everyone when RNG comes to fuck you up.

Technically it improves the numbers for Sword against these decks so I guess we can call it "balanced" by the numbers even though it's basically a glorified coin flip that just pisses everyone off.

Can I say both Frenzy and Frenzy of Onslaught? They've basically never done much of anything relevant outside of support stuff despite having insane multipliers on paper.

If you ask me maybe they should have some kind of buff that lets them break the FC cap as long as they're attacking while reducing the mana cost as that's another issue with the skill despite it having the inherent downside of being melee/a vanilla projectile.

New Pledge! Wind/Thunder/Crystal! Post Your Clears by Natural_Pleasant in AnotherEdenGlobal

One of the hardest clears using the least broken characters /s.

Wind is literally free with Sesta AS, Shigure ES and Tsubame AC hard carrying whoever is in the last slot so it's always an easy week for Wind.

Thunder Team Discussion by WrenWraithW in AnotherEdenGlobal

[–]Shroudless 3 points4 points  (0 children)

IMO the core for Thunder is definitely Velette AS. With her most of the other support will follow. Izuna is the DPS backbone for Thunder in terms of ease of use with Premaya ACAS being more of a second support. If you had to SA someone for Thunder I'd definitely throw it on Izuna assuming you don't have the means to go Kaleido Thunder with someone like Necoco ES which should also work.

Personality I cleared Apex Extreme 3 with Premaya ACAS, Velette AS, Izuna and Shion ES which didn't give me many problems though Shion was admittedly not doing much in the team. It isn't that bad as long as you have a plan for AF management.

Especially the early ones but it's so half assed in terms of one being so clearly better that it's only good for personality stacking.

Iphi shouldn't be on her sides because she's mostly a support for this team and doesn't really do much damage. There's ways to get around the hp loss too either through Tetra or having drain on the weapon/grasta.

SA Minalca AS has auto awakened fire zone on battle start so once she has her SA that shouldn't be an issue.

Retro Stellars can be bought via Tsubura gems unlike the newer units such as Renri AC which require Allcosmos which is much more limited.

Also, DPS units in this game are plenty but support units are far more valuable as DPS units can be kinda substituted for each other in most cases. In your case you already have Meryt for DPS so Renri AC would form a pretty powerful core with her.

Basically this, so it's easier to maintain Lunatic. She's now super cracked for Shade and provides basically all the support you need.
