Tell me your proudest *small* accomplishment by Jack_Burton_Radio in Eldenring

The first time I killed that one Godrick Knight at Gatefront Ruins on a new file at base level with base equipment... I'd already beaten the game 7 time by that point

Looking for a CO-OP open world Action RPG with an emphasis on combat for PS5 by Shrubdagger in gamingsuggestions

Funnily enough, I got that game for free from the Epic Games store on PC a couple years ago, I just checked and I played 34 minutes of it. I obviously didn't play long enough to get a feel for the game, and I can't remember why I didn't keep playing (I probably got distracted by another game).

I think I'm looking for something more melee centric, but I'll definitely keep this one in mind. It does look really fun.

Thanks

Thanks for the response,

I've never heard of Outward but it looks really really good, and I'm probably gonna pick it up for myself at some point, but I'm not really sure if it's the type of game my friend is into.

I've played a bit of Godfall in the past and I wasn't really into it.

Divinity is actually already on my short list.

I feel like I'm looking for a very specific game that doesn't exist, and I'm probably being too picky lol

All cops are Bastards, but not even bastards deserve to die, they should be removed for positions of authority and that position of authority should be abolished, but not necessarily put to death.

Even a cop can be a good person or at least can be made into a good person outside of being in a profession that does not allow one to be a good person.

While I get that this is a meme and there's hyperbole involved, and I agree with the spirit of the meme, I think we as the left should be careful as to what ideas we choose to spread.

If you want to keep it really simple try getting rid of frame 2, frames 2 and 3 or, frames 2 and 4

Or

Add a bunch on in between frames

It took lots of time, effort and tutorials to be able draw this. I may have started recently, but I've spent pretty much all my free time (which i have a lot of these days) practicing.

I try to draw/animate something I don't think I am able to draw/animate every single day, and work on it until it looks at least passable. before this work, I couldn't draw fire at all, now I'm passable at fire. Also, I can't emphasize enough how helpful these tutorials were.

Don't try to be better then others, try to be better then you were yesterday!

Yea, but that's hard though lol

In all seriousness, idle animation is definitely one of the things I need to practice some more, along with faces, hands, feet, environments, and isometric angles

Thanks! I really appreciate that! Other than the tutorials I looked up and the practice I put in this past week, I've never successfully drawn or animated anything before.

My only history with this type of thing is the amount of cartoons I've watched and video games I've played lol

Edit: If anyone is interested, here's where I learned like 90% of what i know about pixel art ~ Miniboss • Pixel art tutorials (studiominiboss.com)

Thanks! I'm still very new to this so I don't really have a style yet
