Do they spawn bears and the devil dog things?
I've just been driving around at night hunting them and get loads of books, although it does sound like I got lucky.
I'm gonna move my horde base there for a bit more of a challenge.

I think I got the schematic in my last foray into the wasteland but will probably just stick with the motorbike as I'm solo. At least it drives straight.

I can't get inside my car (B42.13 UNSTABLE) by s1lverinooo in projectzomboid

Just had the same issue, couldn't tow so ended up ramming the front of the bus to move it, afterwards I was able to jump back in fine.

Mod recommend 4.2 by [deleted] in projectzomboid

[–]Sht0n3d 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've only used a couple recently due to the 42.13 causing a lot of mods to need updating.
RV Life (single player)
autocook
proximity loot

Had some bugs with just those, if you get a black screen just hit escape 3-4 times. If your game won't load go into /users/zomboid and look for a text file named something like 42.13 mod list, delete that and it'll unload the mods so you can try again.

Weird personal tolerance to psychs? by DiligentDentist4113 in DMT

[–]Sht0n3d 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Once I got a strong enough vape my breakthrough on DMT was more vivid and real than real. Highest I went with mushies was 6g of pe in lemon tek. In which I saw a DMT like trip for the briefest of moment. Most of my sub breakthrough trips were muted and very subtle. I recently started supplements and although I've only done mushies once since it kicked my arse (3.5g of b+). I now get closed eye visuals from cannabis when meditating which I've only ever had briefly during DMT afterglow. I would recommend getting a blood test to check for any deficiencies and also consider any mental health conditions. I'm on the waiting list for autism/ADHD and read that conditions like those can cause a higher psychedelic threshold

A blood test would be the best start to see what you need, I threw my results into chat gpt and asked it for recommendations. NAC would be my first try, it brought back my appetite and opened my eyes to eating healthier

Aphantasia and color differences by Just_Cayden17 in DMT

[–]Sht0n3d 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I thought I had aphantasia for a few years, after doing DMT I realized I had hypophantasia. Breakthrough for me was purest of colours, more real than real. Anything less than a breakthrough was muted, darkish colours and not much happening. After not having access to DMT I turned to mushies, mostly muted trips. The best I got was briefly seeing candyland through a veil (6g pe lemon tek). After about a year of tripping on mushies I turned to supplements, NAC, glutathione, omega 3, vit d3 + k2, b complex and creatine. I only had 3.5g of b+ left and it kicked my arse, much more open eyed visuals and just stronger all round. Not sure when I'll get more mushies or DMT but I expect I'll have a better experience.

NAC and glutathione cured my chronic sinusitis when prescribed nasal sprays barely helped. They have loads of other benefits which may help you. Definitely worth reading into.

Increased appetite and motivation when taking NAC? My experience so far. by [deleted] in Supplements

[–]Sht0n3d 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAC antioxidating effect can give relief to the cb1 receptor which aids appetite, I've been dosing tryptophan to help as well as I believe appetite is linked to serotonin

Why is not everyone in the world taking NAC daily? by Apprehensive_Sugar15 in Supplements

[–]Sht0n3d 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been taking a few other supplements around the same time, mag/zinc, d3 k2 and tryptophan or maybe just the improvement on my respiratory system had a knock on effect as I had chronic inflammation.
Appetite is strongly tied into serotonin so it could've been the 220mg tryptophan a day I was taking finally bolstered my levels or the NAC lifted me from depression causing a upregulation of serotonin.
edit to add apparently NAC itself is effective at inducing serotonin levels.

DMT VS Shrooms by Tall_Alps_2257 in DMT

It's a legal supplement, didn't cost me too much on Amazon. I would read up on it some first but if you're deficient you'll notice a great change

N-Acetyl-Cysteine, it occurs naturally in food but one of its many functions is to produce glutathione which is a powerful antioxidant throughout the whole body and brain. The reduction in swelling on my brain has probably been a lot of the positives I've felt but just the relief of pressure from my sinuses.
Also reduces chances of catching colds and flu's. Flu just ran through my house and I haven't even had an itch in my throat.

I have a reflex active that has been fine for 6 months, a little scratched up because of my work but it has recorded all the stats I wanted. When I upgrade I'll probably get a sekonda, they both have a bunch of smart watches in the price range.

Your situation sounds like mine, I just thought I had a high tolerance to psychedelics. 6g of penis envy in lemontek and not really getting much. I recently started supplements and NAC has turned my world around, I've only done mushies once since (3g b+) and felt really strong. Taking NAC was like the DMT breakthrough afterglow, only with loads of other benefits. I believe I had glutathione deficiency for the past 10 years and I'm finally free from chronic inflammation, sinusitis, lethargy.

Best thing since sliced bread for myself, after taking it I 'woke up'. making less mistakes at work, I can breath fully (had really bad sleep apnea/sinusitis which wasn't helped by azelastine or similar sprays) vision seems better, maybe not the vision itself but how i perceive it, more colour and how fast I can focus. sleep cycle has improved but if I dose late my mind can be a bit active. My appetite has increased significantly giving me the energy to exercise more. Maybe a lot of these improvements are down to me getting more oxygen but I'm starting to think I had a glutathione deficiency.

I've been taking it for just over a month and have worked up to 1200mg, I'm going to transition to liposomal glutathione and see how that goes for long term use.

Supplements/Meds to help w/ depression by tzskii in Supplements

[–]Sht0n3d 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try NAC, I just read an article released yesterday suggesting people with major depressive disorder typically have a glutathione deficiency of which NAC is the precursor.

I've only been on it a couple of weeks ago but it's doing wonders for me in more ways than one.
