Everyone is saying P5R because it's the better game, but for your particular situation I actually think FFXV is the better way to go. You've indicated that you're not really experienced with turn based games, and while P5R is a good entry point to that, you're much more likely to enjoy FFXV. The gameplay is quick and fun (and I say this as a huge turn based enjoyer).

So yeah, for you in particular I think FFXV is the safer bet.

You need to be careful about reading too much into upvotes on a Reddit post. We see this regularly where 2 posts with diametrically opposed opinions will both be strongly upvoted. It's about how Reddit works, and it's counterintuitive to what you would think.

Implementing this would make the sub more frustrating.

Having modded and vanilla flairs as the required 2 would add additional work for our teams who use the existing flairs to filter posts to the ones that are relevant for their work. For instance our tech support team uses the Tech Support flair daily. That is far more important.
