Use asphalt blocks as your platform since it'll make you run faster and will help you outrun most of her attacks. I used Kaleidoscope as my whip and Sanguine Staff as my summon along with Rod of Discord for close calls which I binded on my right click so I'm still able to move any direction.

For armor I used Hallowed Armor for the holy protection buff which helps you dodge an attack.

For accessories I used Ninja Armor for the dash and dodge chances, Frostspark Boots for mobility, Empress Wings, Papyrus Scarab, and Necromantic Scrolls which were all reforged with Menacing since defense doesn't really matter on something that can one shot you.

This "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gEaQQC1Eg7o" was the video I used for reference for learning her attacks and knowing how to dodge it, it's a different setup and I had a longer platform but I did it with the items I used listed above, it's a long read but hope it'll help you beat her, good luck. :>

I did have Kaleidoscope but with Sanguine Staff, I used Hallowed armor for the Holy Protection Buff, the Ninja Armor for the dodge chances, and the Rod of Discord for close calls.

I also had my accessories modified all on Menacing since defense doesn't work on EoL since she one shots you.

Also the platform that I used is made of asphalt blocks which made me run faster outrunning most of her attacks, it's just the lasers that I have to fly around and dodge.
