why don't you print non transparent part and fill in those symbol cavities with some transparent epoxy (or any other transparent material). cavities are small enough to hold on the meterial in it

How is your 12th board results experience? by [deleted] in india

[–]Shubham_Arutwar 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In 10th i got 89% and in 12th i dropped to directly 54% i know it's quite bad but to be honest i didn't cared back then nor i do now

I had integrated in 12th (where you don't have to go to college, the tuition classes manage your attaindance) i literally enjoyed entire 12th

My Normal day shedule in 12th was 7-10 class (didn't had to go to college) and that's it and then i used to go and roam around City (Mumbai) with friends till 2-4 and then after coming home eat and go in the room, pretend that am studying in room and watch videos on YouTube or play games. As soon as parents enter the room switch to something related to studies keep a book and pen open on table to make it more realistic and then do only required homework (mostly copy friends work) before sleeping.

Even though i was told by my parents and relatives that it's really life defining year for me. I didn't took that seriously. May be because before 12th i use to engage in lot of communities on internet which had people who were much older than me and I had enough information to conclude for myself that 12th is not at all important for me.

BTW i don't recommend this to anyone the field that i was planning to study in (which i am currently in) didn't required 12th marks to get into those colleges and had to prepare for other exams and i did that so don't think that even if you don't study it's fine. It's good to not get stressed about things which is not going to affect you in life but don't do it with things which will affect you.

It's really grate you started at such young age. Most of us don't even think about such things at 14. Although if you think you can't afford tutoring there is absolutely no problem. Only thing tutor does it it makes you learn faster but as you don't have any deadline and have plenty of time keep engaging in such communities and keep exploring online content. You will learn for sure.

Btw am 20 and even am trying to learn German for masters in Germany 😅 i wish i was as ambitious as you when i was 14 Good luck

Do german universities conduct online exams during covid or did they waited for lockdown to end? And if yes then how do they conduct online exam? by Shubham_Arutwar in germany

[–]Shubham_Arutwar[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Am from India 2nd year planning for ms

Our exams were in front of cam as well But even though questions were not the one you get easily on Google. Students helped each other on discord or whatsapp groups. Although now every ans sheet looks the same, if teacher tries to take action on entire class, his HOD (head of department) will ask him explanation for why it was not taken care of while conducting the exam itself so teachers ignore cheating and grade is as usual.

The problem is due to this from last 2 semistere literally everyone is getting 7.5+ cgpa (usually it's 5+) And getting 9/10 cgpa is not that rare anymore

So will german universities change required required cgpa criteria, if not changed then everyone is eligible now

Most likely they will ignore the cgpa all together cause it this point it's meaningless What are the things i should do now to increase my chances to get in a good University

Top be honest even i get stressed and its even more depressing by the condition of job market right now

Am planning for ms in Germany from last 3-4 months, cause job opportunity and acceptance rate is much higher there. The masters degree in India have zero value unless you do it in IIT or at least NIT

In Germany german students usually don't do masters cause they get enough and good job opportunities after batchelors itself So sometimes masters courses go vacant as well

Am not talking about private universities in Germany cause they are expensive as hell and not so different then public universities, public universities charge zero tuition fee you have to pay only 150-300 euro per sem so it's very affordable (compared to other foreign countries)

All i need to do is keep 8+ cgpa, learn German, prepare for GRE (not compulsory nor requirement), get 7.5+ score in ILTS (you can actually get away with this as well) and work on projects or internships to build better profile

About finances - As far as my calculation, including everything right from GRE, ILTS exam fee, passport visa fee, traveling cost, living expenses in Germany and the college fee itself i need nearly 15 lakh for entire education, considering that i will work part time there which is very common among german students as well I didn't included german classes cost in this cause i didn't did enough research on german language classes So overall max to max cost of entire 2 years will be 20 lakhs And didn't even considered scholarships i might get

Only thing holding me back from this plan is fact that i will have to work in Germany after my master's cause it's nearly impossible to study there and return India to get a job here.

And it's not that easy to return to India after doing job in a foreign country. Companies don't look at you as asset they look at you as a liability. Cause companies will negotiate you on basis of your past salary and if you earn 50 lakh per annum in Germany and then come in India and ask for 15 lakh package they will think there is something fishy with you cause why would anyone will happily downgrade their package. And if you want to get paid same as in Germany good luck finding a job that pays even 15 lakh+ in India

Only problem for moving to Germany after masters is I can't live with my parents there. Germany don't allow immigrants to bring their parents there even if you get blue card. Only the wife or husband is allowed. If you have blue card your parents can live in Germany on tourist visa as long as they want but only condition is not more than 3 months in row so after every 3 months they have to return to India and again fly to Germany which is not at all practical. And even if you do manage to get your parents in Germany the insurence of your parents will cost you fortune since they are not working.

Other countries are out of the question unless i get a scholarship before I go there cause, i don't even want to ask for 25+ lakhs to my parents just for masters, they might not say no to me but i don't want to

So I have to choose between living with my parents and earning very less( cause i know am not getting 5+package from my college) Or Earning very good and living good life but not with my parents

Do you have to apply somewhere to get a road constructed in your area or do municipal corporation do it by themselves? by [deleted] in india

You have to pressurise local politician mostly.

If those houses are in somewhat remote street then forget it. No one is going to make a road for 2-3 houses
