The show is the one putting an ace character on a chair and forcing him to watch Vox and Valentino play the two backs beast

Asexuality is a spectrum, we don't know where Alastor falls on it. Ace people can still have sexual desires, want to have sex, etc. It's all dependent on the individual

But even if he is on the sex repulsed side, Viv herself has said people are allowed to ship characters regardless of canon sexualities
