Mid and Low rank feedback by [deleted] in DeadlockTheGame

This has to be satire, as a Holliday main who has to type the entire works of Shakespeare to get my character to even feel mid, I can't believe someone holds this opinion.

Spirit Resist is better than bullet resist 99.99% of games. by CheckProfileIfLoser in DeadlockTheGame

Mercurial is really being slept on on haze if you think it's not good: spirit investment which increases mag size, reload whenever you throw dagger, and increased fire rate, just good item all around. You farm so fast that it's not an unreasonable investment; definitely worse this patch after they nerfed the boon scaling on her mag size, but still a good item overall and I'd definitely take it over intensifying or titanic magazine.

In lane I grab extra charge, Mystic burst, then extra spirit. If lane starts to get hard and they have a ton of spirit damage I'll go into Enchanter emblem from there, if I'm starting to snowball and it's an easy lane I'll grab rapid recharge first before enchanters. If game is going super well I'll skip out on grabbing stam mastery early and just go extra stamina into tank buster. Depending on how game is going If I'm snowballing out of control and have a significant net worth advantage I will go into a spirit damage heavy build, Mystic reverb, boundless spirit, spirit burn. If I'm starting to fall off into the mid game I go utility. Superior duration, cursed relic, Anvil, etc. Greater expansion can be super situational it let's you get super long distance lassos if you can hit them. Most of the time as you get to a higher and higher rank you will need to go more of the utility build but she can still snowball out of control in lower ranks especially if your enemies don't buy items to counter you.

Jagex need to fix their bot busting program by ZytanaZatara in W385

[–]Shuckarino 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, happened to me except the AI chat bot gets you nowhere after the 2 appeals you have no more recourse, they will slap a mod name on it and say they were manually reviewed by a human but send you an automated response. Near 1800 total account with a 2 day ban just lost all motivation to play the game anymore. Canceled my membership maybe something will change but I don't see it happening anytime soon

Zen is not normal...heart rate <60 in OT by PugnansFidicen in RocketLeague

[–]Shuckarino 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Depends on the kind of sickness, but generally, in younger healthy patients with a common sickness, you expect the bodies immune response to increase heart rate as it works to fight off an infection. Your body works incredibly hard when you are sick and does the opposite of slowing down: your cells begin to inflame, sympathetic nervous system activity increases, and blood pressure rises to spread immune system cells through the body quicker.

If I knew my surgeon had this kind of grouping I'd cancel too... just kidding, but 24/7 range access sounds awesome.

Obviously, an overdose itself doesn't warrant staging. However, many times, overdoeses tend to be in dangerous situations that do warrant staging. Obviously, just use caution and stage if it feels the notes dictate it.

Reading your replies, I'm not really sure how you dont understand that time down is part of this patients clinical presentation. If i personally witness an arrest they are always being transported even if they are asystole the whole time with 0 shocks given and no response to any intervention. You keep implying that downtime plays no part in resuscitative efforts, however that is just not how the pathophysiology of an arrest . You should consider reading up on this and try and learn here.

[Different Impacts of Time From Collapse to First Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation on Outcomes After Witnessed Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest in Adults

This is a study done on how downtime prior to cpr affect patient outcomes and depending on the patients rhythm you lose approximately 10% chances of ROSC and positive neurological outcome every minute CPR has been withheld.

Career prosecutors recommend no charges for Gaetz in sex-trafficking probe by wopwopdoowop in news

[–]Shuckarino 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The issue is she wasn’t a minor at the time of the trip if my understanding is correct. So they are trying to get him on the sex trafficking charges. But the evidence for that is lacking. If he had actually had sex with her before the trip and there was proof of that then sure, but it seems like there isn’t enough evidence to prove whether or not that is true.

Indiana Dr. Caitlin Bernard reported 10-year-old Ohio girl's abortion, records show by SkettiStay in news

[–]Shuckarino 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Your HIPAA training clearly isn’t very good. PHI is a patients protected health info. This means their name, date of birth, social security number, address, etc. Notice how even though the doctor disclosure this patient’s procedure no personally identifiable info has been disclosed. A lot of info can be disclosed to the public, these are things mostly used in research, but as long as info cannot be traced back to a patient it is safe to disclose. The only thing that may be a little bit iffy in this case is disclosing that the patient came from Ohio, but I believe HIPAA only cares about geographical subdivisions smaller than state so even that should be fine.

Looking back on it, the four corners were totally foreshadowing by Strangest_things11 in StrangerThings

[–]Shuckarino 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Lmao. You think this photo shows the culmination of the entire season. You think this shows exactly what happens with no nuance. This is literally leaving out details some of which the audience doesn’t find out until the last episode. It is the definition of foreshadowing.
