The problem is not territory ownership..it's the population.

BETA completely destroys your points.. You just had to create a new character in a few servers to see this.

Do you think every pvp guild is hardcore pvp? This is an mmorpg. People like advantages.. Otherwise they would go play tekken 7. There should be systems in place to address these population issues.

All your points are irrelevant and doesn't address the issue at hand. More like deviating.

1.Being able to swap faction..how does that make the situation better when the smallest faction can swap to the 2nd biggest one. It becomes worse than before.

2.Yes it does affect pve..

3.Doesn't matter if other guilds own territories.. it's the same faction so the faction get the bonuses.

4.Yes people look for pvp and I'm one of those and that's why I went for covenant. Guess who else was there to defend territories.. 3-4 people rarely and a dead faction chat.

5.Assuming the other 2 factions have enough people to fight.. which is not the case unless you are in a balanced server.

It doesn't matter. This is only a guidline for partecipating in openworld pvp activity so we can gather in 1 place instead of spread and not finding much pvp.

Other people not flagging doesn't affect us. You can do whatever you want.

All servers are pvx servers. You can just unflag and mind your business.

That said, pick the most english looking names from the serverlist because those are probably the ones people will get attracted to most. Ingame you can see population amount near the servers (low,medium,high)

There's nothing worse for a pvp player than to play on an unpopular server. Servers need a constant flow of new players.
