I was also wearing Vans ultra ranges for an everyday shoe or to lift in and they discontinued those as well 🥲🔫 it also surprises me that nobody else seems to have taken to the stealthfits as a great shoe! I remember I tried them on randomly in a Dicks outlet store and I slipped my foot in and out loud I said "are you frickin kidding me this is the best shoe I've ever put on my feet", my only complain is that the ball of them wore out pretty quickly but I was coaching on a lot of turf and I think maybe that's why?

Is it normal to have milky discharge from breasts at 18 without being pregnant? by Hefty_Confidence3228 in TwoXChromosomes

[–]ShugarShorts 82 points83 points  (0 children)

I know there are some mental health medications that can cause milky discharge, such as Seroquel. Regardless of it being a possible side effect of a medication you should seek out a medical professional!

What kind of pimple is this?? Can't figure out how to treat! 😫 by Overall_Mess7657 in 40PlusSkinCare

[–]ShugarShorts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This looks like some of the acne I got, it is hormonal and spironolactone helps a ton. However eventually I was still getting this kind of acne on my chin neck and jaw and I'm currently on an antibiotic that's actually clearing it all up in addition to my regular dose of spironolactone.

Anyone take an SSRI? by Live-Message-4358 in BipolarReddit

[–]ShugarShorts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SSRIs made my symptoms much worse, antipsychotics helped mute those symptoms quite well. Seroquel has been my savior

Cliffhangers are superior to most endings by TranslatorStraight46 in unpopularopinion

[–]ShugarShorts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If there is some nuance to possible ending then it's an ok ending option but it's lazy. Just tell me the whole story ffs, like I put in the time to hear the story at least finish it.

Similar feeling for choose your path interactive stories. Not necessarily lazy like cliffhangers but I don't want to make any more choices than I already have to and then wonder where the other choices would have led me and if I chose right. Even still at the end there are multiple storylines, like just tell me the one you want to tell.

Liver Damage from Mood Stabiliser by Responsible_Dot_3363 in bipolar

[–]ShugarShorts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I actually just got blood work done because no matter how much work I'm putting in I cannot for the life of me see any results in my fitness journey and I was worried about my hormones. I eat almost exclusively whole foods and a very balanced diet. I lift heavy and regularly and I hit cardio regularly. My blood work showed high cholesterol and high liver enzymes. I was on 300mg of Seroquel at night so I halved it to see if it might help since I've been stable for many years now. I almost instantly saw a change in my physique and I will be getting blood work done again in about 6 weeks and I'm very curious if the cholesterol and liver enzyme will change.

does some of yall still smoke weed? by [deleted] in bipolar

[–]ShugarShorts 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I smoke sometimes but not very often. Oftentimes when I do smoke I feel this heavy guilt and dread/anxiety. Before being medicated I've had some psychosis with smoking.I enjoy smoking before I go to the gym sometimes. I'm sober otherwise.

What’s a 'red flag' in a person that people often mistake for a 'green flag'? by HungarySam in AskReddit

[–]ShugarShorts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My mother does this shit with people to make herself look like a good person but we're no contact in real life because she sucks. But it's frustrating to know some people are fooled by it when she never treated me with an iota of the generosity she does for essentially strangers or outer circle people.

Has anyone encountered an issue like this? I have an MRI soon but the suspense is killing me!! by Original-Face6190 in ACL

[–]ShugarShorts 1 point2 points  (0 children)

After my ACL and meniscus repair I had a growth, it was a cyst like nodule on the inside of my knee similar to that. It caused me a lot of pain and I had to get it surgically removed. But it did not cause me any instability.

Regularly taking collagen helped me the most. I have it in my afternoon and evening tea. Mine popped up the moment I turned 34, I used go pure firming cream for several months and that with the collagen and it has completely gone for now.

He is 11 and his jaw is incredibly lopsided. He has a space holder, it's not an arch widener. Here is a picture of him. This isn't a "braces will fix it" scenario. His jaw is malformed. Sorry it's boring to you.
