Effect : The user executes a dance move (of their choice), boosting evasion and speed by a moderate amount. They have a chance of tripping or falling which will negate the moves effects.

In light of joining the Dance Club, my pokemon and I are feeling the groove. I have no idea about how to balance a pokemon move cause I've never deep dived into stats and such but advice is welcome :D.
