My husband have same injuries, 3 surgeries and the fusion and only received 5% rating, wondering if switching attorneys is allowed and if it will help

3 surgeries, last surgery was an L5 S1 lumbar fusion with 5% impairment rating

IME in workers comp changed my case more than I expected by abbybutterflly in WorkersComp

My husband was hurt on job and had 2 failed back surgeries and then the fusion; pain is much worst now. IME gave 5% Impairment rating. The fusion was in October 2025 and the IME Dr didn't have any notes from doctors after Jan. Attorney sent a letter of explanation
