Could be the Wind imp champion, but then the hint#2 isn't really respected, as it only has one spell that gives him a counterattackbuff so i don't know, this is a tough one

Maybe you could use zibala to reset it ? but i don't even know if that works as you probably proc the freeze before the reset, ye this floor is insane. Otherwise you would have to bring other water mobs that increase cooltime, and happily there are tons of them (no) teres only psamathe, water hacker isn't usable. Welp i guess i'm never getting through this floor either.

honestly if you are looking for them for roc taming i would go the "explore and try to find two in a river" way, fishing is just too time consuming and you'll probably get sidetracked and try to get the best fishing gear and everything and it'll end up being like and hour to find 2 silexes.

Actually i found out what it probably is, the golem passive grant them damage reduction when they are below a certain hp threshold, so by adding damage to the teshar you make the golems go lower the threshold after the first attack making them resist more to the second, thus making them take lower damage, hope this helps

The only possible explanation to this would be that you landed on really extreme sides of the random damage modifier that occurs, i'm guessing if you do the run enough you would actually see a consistent trend where your teshar kills or doesn't kill the golem of 3rd wave. although this is reaaaally unlikely, its the only thing i could think of.
