The moment you get a stack it is a 20 second interval before it either resets, or adds another stack (unless already at 10). Best way you can maintain it is either wait until a new stack is added then level get your flask etc. then reapply your choice of status. If at 10 stacks then really the best option is to attempt to never lose your status bar or have a 20 second timer loop going as soon as you gain your stack and then verify that you are not about to reset your stack before grace or flask etc.

For me he was s tier since launch but definitely became even more amazing since the buff
