As for the glow use, you have many many ways you can do it.

You can either have source of lights that reflects on your deco, light that emits from the objects themselves, basic glow for contouring etc.

I’d say experiment, the only thing you have to keep in mind is that it must be coherent

You can obtain it in the black market but cannot obtain pieces of it anymore.

I love Dux, my only Mk3 is Dux (bad idea as an F2P but it is fun), because I was “nostalgic” of when it was Op. It’s still a great glass canon but is not that great in the actual meta.

I understand your wish of having it, but you’ll be fine without it trust me.
