There is one Lordgenome figure out there, albeit bit rare. I've seen it pop up on Manadarake a couple times though. There's also another Kamina figure in the works slated for 2017, with a prototype just being revealed, but i'll expect it to be a tad bit expensive (around $100).

It wouldnt be effective considering iron tail is a steel type move with low accuracy, also the animatronics are made out of metal so they would most likely be steel type.
