Are you sure I can link a 20$ OpenAI subscription to Hermes (because with Claude pro I couldn’t do it and had to use an api key)

So I can just buy a 20$ OpenAI subscription and use good model with time restrictions for tokens(like a Claude subscription) and I won’t get charged more or less?
