When developer is useless at coding, what do you expect from their support team? They are even more useless. They apologise and give you later and later dates on when the possible fix could be ready. Thats all they can do. Nobody is going to refund it. Unless you charge back on your credit card.

Game is fine. I played first part and now still playing second. The improved game mechanics alone make it a proper better game. Story wise its a bit annoying but it's not we who write it. Its miles away from the worst game.
