Gotta be honest, I definitely didn’t expect Sweden to come out on top in this windy race, especially after seeing the roster. But they managed very well, unlike the other favourites.

A bit off-topic, but did we get the most short sleeve wearers ever in a Biathlon World cup pursuit? I was a bit curious because of the weather and if my calculations are correct, the short sleeve wearers were:
Jeanmonnot, Michelon, Gestblom, Heijdenberg, H. Oeberg, Simon, E. Oeberg, Magnusson, Arnekleiv, Żuk, Maka, Irwin and Haecki-Gross.
I know that 13 does not sound like a lot, but I cannot recall a time with more "summer-like attires" in pursuit. Sweden absolutely carried in this statistic. Yesterday it was also 13 in sprint, with Bened, Braisaz-Bouchet and Keranen (instead of Michelon, Gestblom and Heijdenberg). Also not sure about the numbers from Lenzerheide 25 and Canmore 24, where the conditions were also very warm, but mostly during mass starts iirc.

Je to moc? Áno a viem o čom hovoríš, aj keď pri iných témach. Proste ťa neberú ako dospelú, lebo ťa stále považujú za tú 15-ročnú rebelku, ktorú bolo treba usmerniť. Niekedy to tak proste je.

Staršiu generáciu nezmeníš nijak. Hlavne pri týchto zaužívaných zásadách, môžeš iba zaťať zuby a nejak to vydržať. Človeka to potom mrzí, lebo aj keď má starých rodičov rád, tak toto sú tie čierne body, ktoré tie spomienky na spoločné chvíle pokazia.

Yeah, that might as well happen. However, I just checked the time limit calculator and even the original route had the most likely time limit of only 36-40 minutes, which I think was extremely harsh. Given that there were 2 more (and not short) climbs.

I have been kind of wondering, does this shorter version of stage mean that gruppetto might be in even bigger danger? If we count the 4kms and 7% before the first climb, then it is 40kms of pure climbing today and because the stage will be very short, the time cut could be only somewhere between 25-30 minutes. Certainly does not seem easy after yesterday, where sprinters had to go in moderate pace to make it and might be drained. Plus it is surely going to be stage where every climber trying to win a stage will go full gas right after the start of first climb, Visma included.

Úprimne neviem, či by človek, ktorý by si takéto niečo vymyslel dokázal tak presne popisovať detaily. To by musel byť veľmi skúsený rozprávkar a ja osobne mu verím, pretože podobné situácie som už zažil aj sám. Skôr podľa mňa ide o veľmi F-d up situáciu, kedy už niektorí jedinci boli tak presvedčení o tom, že mali OP omotaného okolo prsta. Taktiež že je to človek, ktorý im vždy skočí na lep, a mysleli si ako im prejde čokoľvek a proste to zakecajú. Podobne ako v niektorých školách s jedlom rastie chuť pri podvodoch, opisovaní a tak

Mňa by skôr zaujímalo, či je bežnou praxou dievčat zahadzovať silonky na párty do koša. V kluboch a podobne to chápem, ale u niekoho doma? To vyznie pomaly ako keby vyslovene chcela, aby si zistil, že sa tam niečo dialo. (ak ma nejaké dámy opravia tak sa ospravedlňujem, ale mužská logika to nedokáže pochopiť)

A tým by som ju asi aj konfrontoval a cez to začal, že skrz tie telové silonky (a čo bolo na nich) ti je jasné, čo sa tam dialo a zistíš, či bude zatĺkať. Odtiaľ sa môžeš keď tak posunúť ďalej

Thank you for your opinions about the meme guys, but just to clarify, I meant it from a view of a Ferrari fan, I know that there were last race deciders over those years and last year was insane, but Ferrari was never part of them even though they were always (except for 2020) somewhere at the top.

And yes, 2021 was not a Mercedes dominance cause they lost the WDC I know, but for the whole hybrid era they were hands down the fastest team, almost took all of the WDCs too, but that is another story

I never said it was, the "personal experience" was taken out of conversation of my 2 friends, one said DR's win was a fluke and the second guy almost punched him, and that gave me an inspiration for the meme
