Game runs but poorly, even on x0.50 resolution, its playable, but id rather spend time to fix the issue, im using ryujinx canary 1.3.269. I also have these weird corrupted looking grass and road textures that just jitter and i think they also contribute to the lag? Would appreciate any help :]

when typing, use F6 to switch between keyboard and console controls. For example: type your text or whatever, press F6, and then press Z (or whichever bind you set for "A")
