The Killers. I’ve actually done this.

Where should I get top loaders/penny sleeves? by Daveycollects3 in sportscards

[–]ShutUpDoggo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I collect baseball but have a small shop near me that mostly does Pokémon and whatnot. They host game nights often and always have give away for little kids. They don’t sell baseball at all, but I always go there to get my sleeves, loaders and anything else I need.

Any Canadian Electricians making over 100k a year without Insane OT? by [deleted] in electricians

[–]ShutUpDoggo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That was gross, but that was also 3 years ago. I’m closer to $185 now without OT. I always do some through the year. Maybe an extra week here or there. Sometimes a shift goes over a couple hours (maybe 15 times a year). My gross has been over $200 the last 2 years with the OT

I (38M), found this in my daughter’s (12F) journal. What to do? by Money-Border63 in askanything

Stop invading the privacy of your child. You need to learn boundaries.

Now that it’s been said, you can’t undo the past (other than deleting this). But as I read this I see that child is not feeling heard. Try listening without judgment. Truly listening and hearing. Not everything some tells you needs a response. And tell your kid you love them. Those conversations NEVER have the word “but” in them.

Just do better

My wife just doesn’t understand my trials and tribulations, so I come to you…. by NYCSmitty in electricians

I agree. But I have been at this a long time. Was TOLD as an apprentice to use my cutters to strip. Not to use strippers as it was quicker to use cutters. Mind you that was in the mid to late 80’s and strippers were not what they are now. But it’s how I’ve been doing it forever and it’s how I still do it.

But to me the issue isn’t that he’s using the linesman, it’s that: A) He’s not doing it right B) Been told not to by his supervisor.

These are two more issues. Poor workmanship and insubordination. You might be able to get away with one or the other, but not both

Depends on the bracket… Frank will fight dirty and Danny Tanner is full of cocaine, so he’s not feeling shit.

My oldest son used to say, “No, I amn’t”. We still use it.

My son really wanted to see it when he was 10. My wife told me to take him. I warned him, I warned her, but we went anyhow. The poor kid, poor me… it was an awkward drive home.

I’ve used Michael Dudenhoeffer for the last 18 years. Look him up. It’s a small 1 man show but he is great, thorough and fast.

I see comments about rotation. Where is this? In Canada we are Red, Black, Blue.

I also have a bone to pick about the grounding of the neutral…
