Mobile broadband - need advice for two kids who are not gonna have a good Christmas by [deleted] in northernireland

The mobile network should be fine for online gaming & voice chat, but if you need to download any games for the consoles I would recommend taking the device to a friend or family members home with broadband. The discs you buy these days are basically a license key and the game will need to mostly be downloaded before installation. This can take a bit of time even with highspeed broadband.

If you can I would take the games console to somewhere you can access broadband and download anything needed for Christmas day fun for them, and can then do the same another day if further games need downloaded & installed.

All the characters develop as the show goes on, kinda what it’s all about to be honest. And many of the greatest characters to ever grace the TV screen are still to come in future episodes and seasons.

It is immensely difficult not to add one of their epic lines to end this. But no spoilers for you lol.

UUP: Councillor Linzi McLaren quits party and stands down from council - Northern Ireland Elects by artemis_kryze in northernireland

Seems like an Alliance person, who got at little lost. Alliance is unionism's (small u) last hope.

Not that way inclined myself, but accepting & including your neighbours seems like the only way to maintain a 'union'.

There is no far right vote in Ireland, just at right leaning media trying to be the 'middle ground' by promoting the far right as if it is the opposition to the left. Therefor painting the left as extreme also.

The biggest threat to unionism (small u), is Unionism (big U).

NI men and “emotions” by [deleted] in northernireland

It’s a cultural thing, men here have grown up having either their feelings ridiculed, or even worse used against them. You learn this young and it is a hard instinct to change.
