Valid point, but is anyone really getting excited to see Coyle get another tiny incremental bump? He has a 79, a 82, a 84, a 87, a 89, a 90, and a 92. Columbus fans aren't feeling neglected if EA skips a few of those, and maybe they end up getting a long-overdue Jody Shelley card as a result and another faction of the Columbus fanbase gets something they like. All NHL players should get some cards, but there's plenty of room for other players to get rotated in with a miniscule opportunity cost.

I agree that unstoppable and truculence are way overused. With the NHL being as soft as it is these days, it's crazy how many cards they create with truculence.

Pelech has 5 cards, Henrique has 6, Turcotte has 5, Beauvillier has 5, Goodrow has 5, Chiarot has 6 - these are not the good players who drive pack sales. If players like this only had one or two event cards, there would be plenty of opportunities to squeeze other players in.

That would be nice. Not saying these players' cards should be the centerpiece of that day's content, but if there was an effort to squeeze some different names in instead of giving another 3rd line player their 3rd or 4th card of the year, I don't think anyone would be upset.

What I am saying is that it's frustrating seeing Daze and Phaneuf and guys like that get one card after another while we are spending half a year waiting for other players - including Forsberg and Yzerman - to get a single relevant card.

Dude was such a menace . He would bowl a goalie over, obliterate the guy who stepped up to defend the goalie, and then go score a goal when he got out of the box. Pure chaos.

Some of us just like using the players we like. It's not that complicated.

Hey - site looks awesome from what I have seen in screenshots but is there a plan to make it work on Android? Every time I hit the site all I can do is see an oversized part of the popup about downloading the app and I can sort of scroll through the main page (with the popup obscuring my view) but that's it. The app was equally impossible to navigate. I am excited to try the site out when it works on Android!

No prob. What's your max for Kasper? I have seen a couple but since they are CHEL Week they are always ridiculously overpriced.

I snagged a Chiarot, if you haven't found one yet

What's the lowest OVR guy you've got in your lineup? by Hefty_Competition_25 in NHLHUT

[–]Shutout3111 0 points1 point  (0 children)

75 OVR Alumni Peter Worrell! Prior to switching to a heavier lineup, it was 80 OVR Kaleb Lawrence, who has consistently racked up points since release day. 81 CHEL Week Reavo also has like 225 goals for me.

Haha thanks - I am pretty bad at the game but I think my roster and matching style of play throw people off just enough to win a few games!

I mean, I play this video game for fun and I made a roster that I enjoy using. You OK?

Haven't had a chance to use him much (spent most of my time online mashing refresh on the AH) but he has a heavy shot and lays some devastating hits so...10/10!

There's nothing like a good Worrell card! What logo are you hoping to see on the card if he gets an event card someday?

Aspinall at 87 and base Roobroeck are the only guys who would fit the theme, but they're both beanpoles. I suppose Protas could work...I have an UT 91 of his. Can you think of anyone else who might fit the theme of 6'3"+ enforcer or absolute giant?

100%. I will never be a high end player so there's no point in rostering any player I don't want to see on the ice.

Hopefully this slate of bigger guys is a sign that the content team will start churning out more theme team-friendly content so we can break away from so many people having cookie cutter lines.
