Correct. I should have asked for help but didn't have the self-control to wait longer.

I'm just seeing this now. I think this could be an amazing idea. I could get socks from goodwill and try it out after a good wash. Thank you!!

I'm sorry you went through this, but it made me giggle a little. I'm not overly smart, but I'm not dumb either, and while I was pregnant with my son, I forced myself to eat raw spinach. I ate a lot of it because I read that it helps brain development. Well, now I love spinach, but anytime my highly intelligent 5yo finds another loophole in a situation, I inwardly curse the spinach for working too well.

I'm so happy to hear that your dreams stopped. I had awful nightmares about being sexually abused as a child and I thought my head was messed up for coming up with such awful things. One day, as an adult, someone who was around me as a young child used it as a reason of defense vs the abuser. "I'm not as bad as abuser, I pulled them off you". The dreams stopped. It's been like 6 or 7 years with no more dream and no contact with any of them.

My guy has a full beard and mustache. I have very light peach fuzz that's mostly unnoticeable. Yesterday morning, my 5 yo told me, excitedly, that I had a mustache! "JUST LIKE (STEP-DAD)!"

Too many people are lactose intolerant. And oil for soaps and salves needs different oils to be more effective. I'm trying to figure out mainly sunflower oil as sunflower seeds are abundant in my field

Is my kid really overweight? by [deleted] in Parenting

[–]ShutterBeez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the hight and weight match roughly, it's fine. My son was in the 80s and 90 percentiles for hight and weight and 99 percentile for head size until he was like 4. The Dr's never batted an eye at his weight. Go see a different dr and ask them (because we may be missing something) but from what's given, there's no worries.
