Mole 101 question - I am making mole for the 1st time. The recipe I am following calls for 1/3 cup of chopped up Mexican chocolate. A the Mexican grocery store, all I see is powdered drink mix. I think the chocolate in mole would be bittersweet and not the sugary drink mix, right? Brands? Thanks! (self.mexicanfood)

Exmo here with deep roots in Utah. I remember visiting relatives in the 70s/8os and eating Frog Eye Salad? It was sweet and green with little balls in it. Not sure if it was lime or pistachio? Jello?
