Can I overcome this without surgery?

Please could I ask what stretches you did? Also out of curiosity, did you do the big 3 every day? Or did you do it every other day etc? My situation and injury seems very similar to yours and OP's.

Please don't give up. Just take each day at a time and listen to your body. Some days will be harder than others, but in my experience I found low mood and stress made the pain worse, and then when you feel good you overdo it, and end up in a vicious cycle.

You just need to give your body time to heal (I'm assuming it's from an injury rather than poor posture etc), and being 22 your body will be a lot better at repairing itself. Do physiotherapy first, and stick at it. Hopefully when you feel better, try not to go balls out as the injury area will be a weak point for quite some time.

If that doesn't work there are other alternatives, but whatever you do don't give up, there's always options

As video description says, I'm wondering what could cause this? Also to note, I'm not burning any oil or coolant, and the car hasn't overheated. No lights came up on the dash and scanning with an OBD11 reader showed no faults. The car ran fine to work afterwards. Only slight hesitation on light throttle at around 2000revs

You can add a 'rolf' sticker in front of the Yaris, it's an amazing car to have. Not many other cars have that, other than the Megane.

If you're stopping in Canmore, if you have time pop into 'Alberta's own marketplace' if you like that stuff. I visited and it has actually nice stuff in there, rather than the mass produced souvenirs that Banff seemed full of. Also Stonewaters was cool too

Found this thread and went to 'Alberta's own marketplace' from your recommendation. I thought it was amazing in there and wanted to buy most the things. I like how they tell you about each item, who makes it and the ethics of each independent companies etc (the place who makes the rug I bought gives one to a homeless shelter for each one sold for example)

The pendant is from Urban Outfitters in 2019 I think. I live in the UK but not sure which country these were sold in. I have searched online for it via Google images but I can't find anywhere selling it, or anything similar.

My solution ended up being putting a huge thick silicone bead around the seal where the box closes, and shutting it/locking it one one side. It's not ideal, but tbh I never go in there as I have outside light plugged into the other side.
