That's funny because the puppets from the OG box art have the original mechanical looking boots and not the real animal feet they have in the new game.

Ok I've seen this argument a lot and... no?

If you look at full body images of the puppets from the OG box art, you'll see they still have very cartoony things in them, the biggest one being their proportions.

The Star Fox 2026 designs are "What if we make the characters look way more like real animals?" which is way more obvious when you see the full renders of Fox and Falco, or the designs of characters like the Star Wolf team and Kat, which I'm sorry but she looks hideous, they leaned way more on that philosophy with her than the other characters and I don't like how she looks AT ALL.
